ERROR ADDING ZKTECO C3-400 TO ZK ACCESS 3.5

I bought ZKTeco C3-400 on eBay, I've connected it through TCP/IP and RS485. I'm getting connection error every time, I've tried with many many versions of ZK Access (old and new), many versions of SDK files, but I still can't connect the controller to the software. Please, any help will be very welcome.

Normally the Devices have a default IP Address like 192.168.1.201 and the common IP for the local network is 192.168.0.X. So what I did was change the IP Address from Device to 192.168.0.201 and it solves the communication issue and I was able to add the device.

23-11-2022 yo resolvi el problema eliminando el protocolo V6 de la red de ethernet al tener 2 protocolos generaba conflicto

hola como estas lo que te pasa es que tienes configurado la apertura en 24horas y debes quitarcelo me paso lo mismo y con eso resolvi gracias espero que te ayude

¿Solucionaste el problema? Es necesario instalar una serie de .dll para que el panel se comunique con el software.

yo solo instale un checador para entradas y salidas el k30 el mismo error y solo agregue cable mas largo me puedes pasar lo ue mencionas

Hola a todos, mi problema es que logro conectar de primera instancia bien con el dispositivo pero cuando quiero hacerlo con una base de datos SQL cuando lo intento conectar me aparece error en dos columnas Invalid column name 'DoorMultiCardInterTime' e Invalid column name 'DoorInTimeAPB', alguna pista alguien.

agrega estas 4 columnas a la tabla acc_door [DoorInTimeAPB] [int] NULL [DoorMultiCardInterTime] [int] NULL [DoorFirstCardOpenDoor] [int] NULL [DoorMultiCardOpenDoor] [int] NULL

Your controller may have the wrong firmware. It could have the USA firmware loaded on it which won’t function correctly. It look like a HK revision of the controller from the video. I’d contact tzteco support in Hongkong and ask if you can get the latest copy of their firmware for that controller

your controller probably is China version. Only Chinese version software can add the device. you're using the English version software so need to purchase the non Chinese version controller.
