Why Diaphragmatic Breathing?
Diaphragmatic breathing, also known as deep belly breathing, is a powerful practice that engages your diaphragm, allowing for deeper, more efficient breaths. This technique offers numerous benefits, including:
Reduced Stress: Activates the body’s relaxation response, reducing stress levels.
Improved Oxygen Flow: Enhances oxygen circulation, promoting better overall health.
Lower Blood Pressure: Helps in lowering blood pressure by promoting relaxation.

How to Practice Diaphragmatic Breathing:
Inhale: Slowly inhale through your nose for 6 seconds, fully expanding your diaphragm.
Pause: Hold your breath for 1 second.
Exhale: Slowly exhale through your nose for 6 seconds, releasing any tension or stress.
Pause: Hold your breath for 1 second before starting the next inhale.
Repeat: Continue this cycle throughout the session.
