I’ve always loved wind chimes they’ve always brought me peace. I’ve always wanted a bird bath as well and feeder in the backyard as well. Being in nature, close to the water has been my dream. I’ve always loved Erykah Badu as well. My dream is to have her be my doula bringing life in and if she outlives me then my ushering doula as well.

As a Hospice Volunteer Manager, her quote about ushering the beautiful souls of hospice patients out of “this world”, hit me right in my heart. To be of service and witness those coming in and leaving, is such a beautiful gift to those who are in the hands of people like her. Of course, this type of volunteer opportunity is not for everyone, but for those who “innerstand” the power of presence and the importance of that sacred space, it’s an absolute honor. She is a witch....sounds like a white witch aka healers and/or facilitators of the spiritual being coming in and out of their human existence..(i.e. birth/death) ... Indigenous Healers...often referred to as medicine wo(men) and shamans within their tribes were outcasted, dismissed, and belittled due to their practices being regarded as inferior and considered sorcery... there are altars in the church....which were adopted from the early christians then the greeks which were adopted from ancient Afrikans/Egyptians (Kemet). A lot of our history has been white washed, stolen, disregarded, discarded, and negatively stamped as sorcery so I implore our melaninated people to dig deep and do your own research to seek out the truth.
