Thé weather is pretty volatile here in 🇨🇦 Montreal. Cold, -25 one day and then +4 the next day. Still, I go do the Wim Hoff method near our vague a Guy river surf wave. the only place left in the river that is not frozen. The Covid weather is getting pretty stressful here in Canada. People are waking up and fighting for freedom. Well.....the soul cannot be contained, it is free and boundless! Like when I watch you surf😉🙏🇨🇦❤️🌈🌎🦋🌺🏄‍♀️

I had a friend that worked at Starbucks and she said that she would count the cars as each car that had their drinks paid for would pay for the car behind them. Sort of paying it forward. So now anytime someone pays for my drink I pay for the car behind me (with in reason I’m not a millionaire) to keep the good energy going. Sometimes just a small gesture can change someone’s whole day and I love that. ❤️
