Showcasing all weapons in Escape from Tarkov using maxed out weapon category skills. Basically maxed out SMG,LMG,AR,Snipers,Shotguns,Pistols. What this means? faster reload animations.
This kind of skill is not to be confused with individual weapon skill, which unlocks slightly different reload animations and aim down sight reload!

to be fair to Tarkov, this type of animation quality is Unheard of in the industry. Some of the best animation and sound design of any game. Patrolling the Mojave almost makes you wish for a nuclear winter.

EFT is a good product, but managed by terrible developers. This game is already a scam for offering an offline mode for 250 euro. What a shame this game has become.

It was never a good product, and the terrible management has been there from the beginning. What EFT has is a great concept, a hooking gameplay loop, and some excellent artwork / attention to detail, but that's where the praises end; it falls short in most other areas. This latest fiasco only adds to the pre-existing dumpster fire.

@@Randomly_Browsing well, other than just aggressive depth of field, the old recoil isn't on the game anymore. You can't get new footage of that unless you use SPT on an older version. With the DOF on high, it blurs out the proof in the bottom left

You're right, this is probably SPT 3.7.x, the recoil on the pistols most noticeably is far less in the current live and SPT versions

Terrible studio. Why, they decided it would be a good idea to lock an offline mode behind a Unheard Edition 250$ DLC paywall. It's just as bad as SEGA charging money for New Game+ and difficulty options in Like a Dragon: Infinite Wealth and The Answer (which came free in 2008) in Persona 3 Reload.

This guy is filming this on an older version of Tarkov using SPT (single player tarkov) that was before the widespread patch that nerfed recoil.

I think they just made this category to put in rifles that fit somewhere between 'DMR' and 'assault rifle'. You could say that's just a battle rifle, but these aren't really battle rifles besides like the AVT.

@@Ulfrich_Stormcock Same here man. Same here. Yeah, ARC9 could always use more weapons, but at least we have plenty of them now. Darsu and Stan Jacobs are awesome guys uploading these mods. I'm just glad they were able to keep the PKM and PKP up despite what I assume is BSG's meddling. I don't want to spend the money for Tarkov either, and besides, with GMOD, we can use the EFT guns in PvE scenarios of our own making!

Carbine means a weapon that is shorter and more compact than the rifle. Which means, carbine is a close quarter weapon while rifle is a medium/long range weapon.

Assault Carbines are usually rifles restricted to semi-auto firing mode only for civilian use.
