Been stuck with the time, its showing the minute hand on 39 mins, but the hour hand just before the 12, which doesnt make sense as on a normal clock it would be more close to the middle

on floor -3 theres the wall of colors. count how many of each color there are. go to floor -1 open the power box thingy and the order of the colors are the order of the code
