@@TinyBunny I am playing single player and it won't give me the second battery.

I figured out you have to leave the single battery in the radio. You go to the other side and get the battery out of cord to the light bulbs. You hand that battery to the captain on the blue side, then push the red button. The captain will take that battery to the red side from the blue. After you put the second battery in the radio and the pigs dance, you take the two batteries out and send them to the blue side via the captain. You put the two batteries in the cord to the light. I made the mistake of taking the single battery out of the radio. Once I started the game over and left the initial battery in the radio, I was able to do it.
