I wonder what a house with the garden the size she wanted, in this area, would have cost, considering they couldn't get close in her budget? House 1 and 2 were lovely, but her budget couldn't get her what she wanted.

i know her budget was limited but they didn't show her one single house that fit what she really wanted.

Take the first one, change all the cupboard doors upstairs and down. Sell the modern ones on......and voila......the rest of the house was great. Even an allotment nearby to meet people and grow produce.

If she said she didn't mind a project...the loung of house 1 could have been redone to give it the character she liked. With the price under her budget and her friend from a building family, it might have worked for her.

How disappointing for this buyer. She want a "cottage" with beams, wood burner, garden, close to but not in a village. The house she was shown didn't come close to what she wanted. How sad and a waste of her time.

Not enough of them show their displeasure from the get0go and only Nikki really asks in-depth questions and gauges their responses all the way through...
