I was scrolling though KZfaq, and all of the sudden I saw THIS and audibly said "Whoa!" Cricket's seriously got some- uh- cover competition. This cover reveal is stunning, and I can't wait to finally have this book in my hands! -three more graphic novels before we get to see the Pantalans in their Mike Holmes glory-

I cannot wait to see the Pantalan dragons! When I met Mike Holmes in January, I asked if he's read all the books, or if he reads them as he's doing each graphic novel. He said he does the latter, so I didn't bring up anything related to the Pantalan dragons 👀So I'm really interested to see his thoughts once he gets to them!

GUYS! I found a mistake in the moon rising graphic novel, on page 66 it shows different thought people have ad moon walks to class, but in the drawing, it shows Onyx’s thoughts! We all know moon can’t hear onyx’s thought because of the sky fire

I'm a little nervous of seeing graphic novel Darkstalker. If Mike captures him well, he'll be some of the best art for these books. If not, he'll be a huge disappointment. Still, I'm excited as ever to see this book!

I really like the cover! :D It's beautiful, and one of my favorites! I think the hardest thing to do once I get it will be NOT flipping to the back to see Darkstalker at the end! :/ I want to save that as long as I can, until I actually get there.

Fingers crossed! Although Tui did say back in May that the graphic novel for book nine is also being worked on right now. I'm curious as to if Mike Holmes is doing all three at once, or if maybe somebody else will do Darkstalker so that there's no schedule change

Just finished rewatching an episode of pokemon indigo league when this appeared. OH MY GOD I FREAKING LOVE THIS COVER. I like her pose, and although the background green isn't the best choice, 8.9/10 cover for me

I like the green cuz it almost hints at Turtle being a part. Personally though I dislike the purple title mainly because I just wish it matched with peril’s coloring. I mean imagine how cool that would look!

the color green also represents evil, much like the song in The Lion King (1984) "Be prepared", lots of green smoke and steam can be found in the backround. aswell as scar's character design (his green eyes).
