So many experts here making diagnosis. Oh she's not repressed, laughs, enjoys connecting with men and god forbid gets paid for it? Yep that sounds like clinically depressed human to me! She's acting out the abuse/neglect she endured as a child same as everyone on this channel. Her behavior is unhealthy and you're deluded if you think otherwise, it has nothing to do with societal norms. In fact it is the opposite, our society glamorizes prostitution and unhealthy behavior in general. I'm perplexed as to why Mark pinned this. I've defended you in the past Mark, but you've been at this a while and maybe it's time to sit down with some people with a deeper understanding of the psychological and societal issues at play and try to gain some deeper insight. It could only enhance your interviewing skills.

The emotional part came when she missed graduation event with her daughter. She reflected deeply and she was disturbed and hurt. I hope that her presentation does not encourage young girls to take this route. Remember that she was sexually abused as a child and that had a very huge part to play in who she now is. She stuttered when asked what her reaction would be if her daughter were to choose this as her line of work. That shows that it is not good. Young ladies, go back to school, stay on the straight and narrow, take advantage of programs. I care what you become. I may not know you but deep down, I care.

Yeah, the tone is different. Another difference is that she had also been pimped out herself and then decided to become a Madam. She "leveled up" in the game. She also did mot describe mentally or physically abusing any girls. Men pimping out women have never done a day of sex work in their lives. Im not defending Madams but that might explain the tone difference.
@Docmajor164 жыл бұрын

And you're a professional I assume? Please, tell us more, Ayrielle! Educate us. 🙃👎
@emilyqaqish98233 жыл бұрын
@@PorcupineGirl I don’t know if your a professional or not either- But it’s sadly really obvious to me she is detached from reality, because I have experienced that. As someone whose gone through shit too I can hear the laugh she is projecting. You can look up how trauma and assault effects your emotions. What she is doing is a common coping mechanism. After early age assault if there isn’t intervention most people become either hypo-sexual or hyper sexual. People don’t know that unless you have loved one who open up about their assaults and their choices afterwards. My husband became a hypo-sexual and his rape was horrific. Mine was a slow burn that messed with my psyche from all the abuse in two previous relationships. I became hyper- and almost took a deep plunge in the sex industry until I figured out what was the root issue. I am not a psychiatrist but I had to take the time to research, why did I, growing up in a home as a pastor’s daughter get a job offer to be an escort and had to think about it twice? She is detached because the pain of having a grown man touch you under age is so damaging to your growth in development internally it takes a toll. To this day I have to walk around with that weight on my shoulders and so do many others. Sometimes reacting the trauma brings temporary relief. Let’s think logically. When she chose to be an escort it’s her way taking back control of the situation, of when and how she will be touched and what the reward is. This gives her power from her past because she gets to make the decisions for herself unlike being 8-10 and being manipulated into it. In the video it can be clearly heard she later on manipulated men for money and used manipulation to get what she wanted. This is her mind coping and creating an alternative solution, because she is in control how the story ends. Business ends, she gets her money and she can do what she wants. It’s not a crystal clear interpretation and trauma isn’t clear cut cookie thing either. PTSD isn’t just a veteran hearing gun shots and panicking, it’s way more complex because our brains are pretty much their own creatures themselves.
