Annulment is expensive because it is complex. It is complex because a party has to prove that the marriage was null and void in the first place, even if it was 5, 10, 20+ years ago. To prove that would require another expert, usually a psychologist. Diagnosed personality disorders, like in RDuterte's case, can be used in court. Divorce on the other hand just accepts the fact that what used to work is not working anymore. There was marriage and the marriage has encountered an expiration date, like every thing else in this world.

Napaka ipokrito mo naman. Sinusuportahan mo yung annulment, pero hindi yung divorce? Pro-mayaman ka talaga! Ayaw mo ng divorce, kasi ayaw mo na may access yung mahihirap sa legal separation.

Suportado ang annulment ayaw sa divorce siyempre mayaman eh walang konsisdirasyon sa mga mahihirap bat ba kasi nananalo ang mga ganitong senador naging senate president pa kawawa ang mga mahihirap.

Bakit hindi pa pomasa ang divorce sa pinas kawawa palagi mga mahihirap dahil hindi kaya ang annulment ang malaking gastos at tagal proceso para lang yan sa mga mayaman at artista ilang bisis na dahil maraming pera totoo ang batas para lang sa mga mahirap pero sa mga mayaman wala dahil magawa nila sa pera at bakit pinas nalang wala
