I think I do need to watch my diet I have gained 30 lbs since 2015 Lol . this year my plan is to have a active life like biking and going to the gym. From my experience you need to enhance your weakest area of the language, for speak and vocabulary i advice you to read more and speak...speak put your brain to work. If you dont have anyone to practice just speak to yourself. 😃
