They were crushing the game until timber got aghs from roshan, and its simply because they thought that hoodwink and vessel with shivas would be enough to handle timbersaw with a magic based luna build. The timber got the aghs from roshan, the game flipped because they suddenly didn't have the ability to handle the timbersaw, and this allowed the sniper to make a comeback. Especially since Falcons also have a DK and Bane, so in reality, they have 4 priority targets+cr1t. Simply put, both teams played well, SR just missed their timing by pure bad luck. If ammar had picked up cheese instead of the aghs, SR would have probably been able to end off the next fight(s), but since they weren't able to make it through the timber shield and his wreaking of havok, they were unable to end the game before Falcon's fully recovered and took the match.

Hoodwink should get Nullifier, but they aren't tryhard enough. While I think that Falcons weren't even trying their best, Malr1ne underutilized Pango, Skiter mispositioned on Clinkz multiple times and not rushing Towers like Ame did, Malr1ne and supps always ganking the tankiest targets (DK) instead of settling for Centaur or Supps, Malr1ne Sniper getting Moon Shard and Satanic instead of Aghs (really!? On a pos 2 sniper!?), no follow up after Mars arena (Huh!?)

Timber aghs from roshan. Game went from them having all the answers to Falcon's team, to flipping and them being unable to handle Ammar. simply from that roshan steal. Once he has that, and is jumping into 5 and getting the giant barrier, SR is unable to play effectively as their damage isn't high enough to outpace the barrier, nor are their heroes equipped to kite out the timbersaw. If Ammar had picked up cheese instead, odds are SR would have been able to take at the very least, a rax, even against the sniper hg. But the timber play was too good.

You wouldn't risk going HG without aegis or if that sniper is alive, best case scenario is if SR can wipe them out outside their base or at least sniper is down. which eventually lead to that late game scenario wherein sniper and timber becomes really annoying.

are you new in the in patch? most games now reach 60 mins because risking HG without Aegis or Buyback advantage is not worth it to throw your lead

tbh it feels impossible for them to go high ground against that draft. AND it's Falcons on the other side. But I was impressed they managed to win a game and get that kind of a lead in the next one.

must be new to dota. there are tons of games you can watch or at least I played games where even with high networth, you can’t just push and destroy racks. did you watch how many times they tried to push highground and ended up failing midway due to falcons draft?
