Here's a quick guide on how to get the new companion Isobel that's coming with the High Isle Expansion!

Your character looks sick! I also really love the design for Isobel and all of the companions so far. I hope they keep adding them in with new DLC so our collection of followers can keep growing. Thanks for the video!

can this be done with the ESO+ free trial? the quest giver isn't there when i go to the location.

To High Isle? Just use a shrine to fast travel to it or you can activate the quest for the main story for that area in your quest log and follow the marker for it.
