My biggest problem as a Yankee fan is Boone. Obviously, Cashman is at the top of the list because he out the roster together but Boone doesn’t make it any better. I’ve seen average managers lead teams to the World Series. Boone has mismanaged the Yankees worse than I’ve ever seen any manager do. He either take sour pitchers too early or leaves them in to struggle in a tight spot during the game. My biggest problem I have with Boone is that he’s a “yes” man. He doesn’t discipline his players. I’ve seen guys get away with not hustling for the ball, not running hard enough around the bases, batting under .200, and always trying to hit a home run instead of putting the ball in play. That would never fly under George Steinbrenner.

yankees have a small RF porch and somehow never focused got an everyday lefty (other than rizzo) in their lineup. With a small RF porch they should have a lineup with at least 3 left handed hitters (including switch hitters). Even though the red sox are a last place team, they always seem to create the right lineup full of guys that end up hitting .270-.300. Yankees are focuisng to much on old big names. Get a few young guys who can get on base and with their pitching theyd be a playoff team. All of this is coming from a red sox fan who is happy to see them lose.
