@@kranthimadari2719 Yes rain is one of the reason but can't put 100% blame on rain.....Rain is responsible upto some extent but the decisions taken during this match and start of WC were the primary reason for the loss 1)We groomed Ambati Rayudu for 15 months (Jan 2018 to March) at no 4 .....in which he performed decently well in Asia Cup 2018, NZ tour 2019 etc then why the hell did selector ignored him for Vijay Shankar for WC.....Vijay Shankar was considered at no 4 and reality is that Vijay Shankar is an All-rounder and not a proper batsman as a result we did not have a strong middle order which did not come out during group matches due to great Opening stand but once first three wickets fell in semi our middle order got exposed.... 2) Why Pant in semi final? He was very new for the international cricket and you make him play in semi final against a world class bowling lineup Why didn't BCCI called upon Rayudu when India needed him most in semis 3) Why Dhoni at no 7 in semi final? Came down to bat when 5 wickets were down and we expect him to win match from this worst position..... Howsoever it was his reputation of taking India max no times over the line and he did the same in this match too but that unlucky direct hit from Guptil shattered dreams of millions Yes this loss still haunts more and more....

@@user-xo2om9rs5v I also want cricket to expand worldwide. Actually I want Cricket World Cup to become as enormous as FIFA World Cup and have numerous good teams. The point is not restricting the teams to six. The point is to stop boring one sided series between unevenly matched teams. You can have 2 groups, the second group teams can play with the top group teams but only few times. I don't know why India play so much bilateral series with Sri Lanka and West Indies. I know the non Asian teams are not available throughout but why have the rest of calendar filled with one sided matches against lowe ranked teams. Instead you can have some less matches it won't affect the revenue much and quality of the cricket will remain. Whenever a team starts performing upgrade them in the top group. You might have misunderstood my meaning. I also want cricket to become a global sport.
