And Gasperini has improved practically every player he's coached there (looking at the massive giant profit they turn every year), and a lot of the up-and-coming coaches in Serie A played under him (Thiago Motta, Jurić and Palladino). Antonio Conte was a 4-4-2 coach before he watched Gasperini's Genoa. A brilliant night for football.
