With all that said, as a Nate fan, I don't want to see him still fighting.

Moving to Anaheim is a wise move. LA/Inglewood can be lukewarm at times and too many obstacles. But Anaheim/Orange County is definitely an MMA town. Card should do very well there

Nate looked really out of shape when he fought Jake Paul. He didn't perform well at all. I think that's why people aren't excited. I'd rather see this fight in the UFC. It would be such a great buildup. Maybe the UFC will swoop in at the last moment and pay them to have the fight in MMA in the UFC. That's my preference.

I wish him well. Of all the U.F.C. fighters with limited popularity, it seems like he was a flash in the pan. The Ben Askren win is really all people remember and it felt more like a fluke... It doesn't change Askren's legendary run prior to U.F.C. but it did give Masvidal some clout... Do people really care that he was street fighting back in the day? Or his fake Tony Montana shtick? I don't think so. He had some ok fights but he isn't really that great. Colby is a legend and despite his setbacks, he is hilarious and is a top tier fighter. Masvidal is now remembered as a sore loser who had to resort to petty sneak attacks after losing his manhood on stage. I hope Masvidal can find some sort of peace and maybe a comeback somewhere.
