Serena, who hosted the award show, was joined by Venus and Quinta on stage for a special segment celebrating this year's rise in popularity of women's sports, thanks in part to Clark.

Pat was supporting women who were staying at home and raising wonderful children . Serena is a successful black woman who Is able to do her sport and have a family . That is not true for every black woman . Sometimes we have to make hard choices it is not black and white. I am a supporter of Serena Williams but this dig on a white man has me thinking. Why are we credited this woman with this when Venus and Sarena was the goats. They were the reason we watched tennis and like Clark fans we only watched when they was playing, but we didn't say anything negative about the other players. Enough already, Harrison is speaking about the amazing gift for women of having children and being a mother; used to be that wasn't such a bad thing to say. Obviously many women do both, one is not exclusive of the other. Grow up people and stop denigrating men for raising up women. I think we already have everything we want to live our full lives, whatever that is. Give it a rest, there are no men keeping you down anymore, it's the 21st century.
