If there is slight clotting at the top of tube (approximately 1mm), should that 1mm be taken into consideration when recording the ESR value?

The RBCs are clumping together when the blood is setting for a long time and making a layer of RBCs which packed then graduatelly. after 1 hour , three layers of will formed 1-plasma layer 2-buffy coat layrr(wbc &platelets) 3-RBC layer separated layers of blood.

Tube pressure reagen is a naturaly atmosphere pressure., rbc is a solid particals are sattle down or wintrobe tube bottom.
