avocado egg salad keto recipe:
2 eggs.
lettuce leaves.
Spinach.
Arugula.
1 avocado.
Cherry tomatoes 150 gr.
1/2 pepper.
1/2 red onion.
Feta cheese 100 gr.
Onions, parsley.

Olive oil 60 ml.
2 garlic.
Salt, black pepper.
Bavarian mustard 1 teaspoon.
Balsamic vinegar 3 tablespoons.

W opisach do filmów piszesz głupoty: sałatka - schudłam w miesiąc 25 kg; zupa - schudłam 20 kg w miesiąc! Jak można tak kłamać? I po co?! Masz ludzi za idiotów?🤬🤬
