When you say “for male” does that mean you say what you are saying “TO a male” , or do you mean “a male says it that way”
@absolutjackal
@absolutjackal 4 жыл бұрын
Both...in the phrases like "ata nir-eh nehedar hayom" (you look great today) that is how you would say it to a male. However if it said "ani nir-eh nehedar hayom" (I look great today) that would be if you were a male saying it about yourself. In the first example, ata is the male form of you, and nir-eh agrees with it in gender. So basically you will use the pronoun that matches the gender you are talking about and then the adjectives and verbs must agree in gender AND quantity. If you were asking a group of men if they wanted to eat pizza, you might say "Atem rotzim l'echol pizza, nachon?" (you all (male) want (male/plural) to eat pizza, correct? If it were all women you would change it to "aten rotzot (you all (female) want (female/plural) hope that makes sense

You can say, "Bachoorah, at lo maspeek mevoogarah l'chaver." Remember to pronouce the "ch" as a gutteral H sound, like it's an H but with a rasp at the back of the throat.

In english, we do not say "more similar" adding more means extra, so its incorrect. In English, we can add very or just leave it as similar, or we say "it has similarities" by adding the plural.
