absolutely correct, just with a one change. @2 Apply TRC and then Register a company. if you apply your TRC on behalf of your company it will be rejected!

As i heared that it is not legal to run the business without work permit. Even though you are not prrsent at your workplace, if authority find company on your name without work permit they can cancel your property base trp as well. Please double check this issue. if you are registering a company just for visa and TRC then it is useless and more expensive path

registering a business on property? they dont cancel anything. you can have your property and register a company but you ask for work permit, just keep working on your business and renew your TRP on your property.

if you have work permit you can easily apply for family residency, just need to fill out basic requirements along with your work permit

you just need a physical address for your company registration, it could be your house as well

5 to 8 thousand only without agent!

walikum salam, you just need to make a sponsor letter from noter for your family on the basis of your work permit, so they can easily get visit visa

Hello sir I have resident permit on basis of property. If i will register a company then i am not allowed to own a company without work permit. They will cancel my rp as i am not making work permit. As a foreigner you are not allowed to register a company without work permit even if you register it but after 6 months immigration will cancel your resident permit.so still we need 5 workers. It means if i have home and rp still i can not own my business. If i am wrong so kindly correct me.

if you work in Turkey, you must need to have work permit and submit your insurance and have to pay all the taxes. but people are doing business with just residence permit

Sir please double check as someone told me that it is illegal to run a business or even just registering a business not staying in workplace is also not allowed on property based trp. They must ask for work permit = 5 local workers in all cases

if you have a lot money then go for $250,000 else have a small house within $50,000 + start a small business with future scope and some $ for backup. or get multiple properties in 250,000, one for yourself and others to put on rent.
