I'm dealing with such a bad estate agent at the moment, I'm a buyer, they made me pay an £80 aml fee as a buyer, ive wasted 2 weeks as the seller hasn't got a solicotor, estate agent isn't helping thr situation, im on the verge of pulling out and looking else where, estate agents are the worst people to deal with, some estate agents are playing auction which is complete BS and annoying

I have a good estate agent, very good with communication and generally well respected in the area. Solicitors on the other hand were completely the opposite!

How would i be able to buy houses with multiple friends and family. When mortgages only take top 2 earners and not everyone as a whole? How would i do this. Any guidance would be appreciated.
