Hi Yvonne! How you went about filling in the cracks on the child's chair was just brilliant! You kept its character. That's the best cement color you've ever come up with for the canisters.

Always love your estate and thrift Halls. You always seem to find the most wonderful pieces but you make it even better with your talents and your husband working together. Just amazing. All of them came out so beautiful. I was stunned with that last frame and the birds and how fast it was to create such a beautiful art piece. But all of them are beautiful. Thanks for sharing

All of these are beautiful. I love the burlap with music and birds. The suitcase is fabulous. I’m glad you added the black rub and buff. It looks great. You really transformed the little child’s chair and saved it. Someone will be able to cherish it for years to come. Wonderful job Yvonne and Chris 🪑🖼🕊

I am so happy you showed us rub-n-buff. I love the suitcase makeover. My favorite is the canister makeovers with the gray color. Great ideas for the metal file boxes! You have such a wonderful vision for repurposing items. I love watching your makeovers. Keep those ideas coming please!

Everything you made over today was amazing as always. I actually had 3 favs. The child’s chair is beautiful. I love the colors! The suitcase is awesome. It is a great transformation and I love the paper you used. And the frame is gorgeous! I love all the texture.

OMG Yvonne, you really hit it out of the ballpark today! Wish there was a LOVE thumbs up choice. I would definitely give it to you today. My favorite pieces were the child's chair of course. Loved how you filled in the cracks. Gave the wood character. Then my next favorite was the blk/grey cannister & bottle pieces & the mirrored frame (not pictured). Loved the techniques you used today. I love how the school desk chair turned out. I have a desk chair combination from the 1960s. My dad got it out of a school that was closing when I was a little girl. It's been refinished several times. Right now it is in pieces and you have inspired me to get at it and get it finished for my granddaughter. Thanks for the inspiration!!

I use sticky transfers all the time. If you will rinse them under cool water and turn them upside down to dry they should be able to restick to the paper backing. The sticky will usually last at least 8-10 times if you dont rub over it too hard with a cleaning sponge. Some transfers will last longer or shorter than others...depending on how much stickiness they had to begin with. Hope that helps. And...the chair was my favorite today!! Beautiful!!

Thank you for answering the question about painting everything black first! It makes sense now 😊 Since I'm a quilter, I LOVED the quilt designs on the milk bottle!! And that oval-topped mirror is just gorgeous. I would have never thought of using hot glue as a mold nor would I have thought you could sand an old suitcase like that!

Great flips. Love the bigger mirror. I can never cut with those glass cutters. I would have done the gray paint on the lids of the canisters too. Maybe a dark blue for the lettering.

You do such beautiful work! Loved this video and saw some new techniques! I have used Magic Eraser to remove pencil marks off of painted walls, but I doubt that would have worked on the inside the suitcase. But something to think about for other surfaces with hard-to-remove marks. Hope that tip helps you some day. I enjoy watching you work and to see the transformations. Thanks for sharing! 😊❤️
