Just visited,better then Marbella in terms of quite ,flowers, gardens BEACH much more relaxed less touristy . Centro Estepona absolutely gorgeous reminds me of Capri. Definitely would choose over Marbella however if you’re young in your 20's 30's Maybe will be too boring for you.For me the beach is amazing and everything else absolute winner.

Really great and very informative video! Thank you for efforts! Makes me feel once more that buying my apartment in Estepona two years ago was not the worst decision and it seems the value already increased a lot since I bought off-plan. However, love to live in that area and share all you opinions as a client and meanwhile happy resident 100%. ;) Estepona is a great place to live and offers everything you need, also it is still close to the Marbella facilities and even Malaga in case. 🙋‍♂ Greetings also to Jackie!

Hi Bernhard, nice to hear you are pleased with your purchase. We are looking into buying in Estepona, but would like to get some more inside On how easy is to rent the property on Airbnb. Do you mind to share with your experience?

Hi there, yes the town centre is walkable, otherwise buses, cabs are plentiful. Only thing missing is a train service.

Both areas are very strong for LT rental. I think the prices in Estepona have more room for growth as it´s a recently developed area.

@@CloudNineSpain Thank you for your answer. My concern is that in "bad times," Estepona would suffer more than Marbella, and I might not be able to rent the property.

@@Shamil_Magomedov_ Anything is possible. At the moment, there is a shortage of good-quality properties for long-term rental, and Estepona is certainly a growth area.

Estepona is a wonderful place to live. I have been here for over two years now after living in London. It’s just amazing. However, the idea is not to create it into a new Marbella so that means please make sure you look after it and you still keeping the sensation of being a spanish “village” ❤

We originally were planning on making Fuengirola our base, but now I think Estepona might be exactly what we are looking for.

Estepona is a sort of low cost of Marbella, not as nice. Beaches seemed to me in general poor Sotogrande is the only big luxury resort in the Costa del Sol far better than Quinta do Lago

@@CloudNineSpain Finally the mayor is coming around to offering public toilets! I have seen Estepona grow from a little fishing village with Malaga airport passengers walking off the plane and onto the tarmac to what it is now. I have held on to my apartment in Bahia Dorada and that has changed for the better too!
