It’s not them that doesn’t allow them to participate. It’s due to rules by FIFA or whoever it is that don’t allow them to play a game with us until they’re 18 because we can only have a certain amount of international players in our squad and a rule that prevents them playing until 18

The world deserves to know this young man. 🇵🇹 Note: According to the CIES Football Observatory, Conceição is the 2nd best dribbler in the world after Jeremy Doku.

Highly talented youngster but the true gem Chelsea has is Kenrdy Paez.... now that is a generational player.... I doubt he'll stay long at chelsea though once he comes into his form

Tod boehly is building a kingdom for those boys trust me, I think porch left because the club doesn’t want to buy veterans, it’s all youth right now, snatching them early so they don’t have to pay 300 million in four years time, it’s business, the club is ran like a business now and those are the decisions that are being made. Also point out that the demand for managers have increased, these young managers these days they are the real deal, cheap and talented the next generation they are popping up faster than Football manager can generate a bot.

He needs to work on his finishing.. In the big leagues he may not be able to dribble as easy as he does.. He still needs some coaching. He seems more of an 11 or 10 player. Great player for Chelsea's future.

@@MayconCardosoSanches O que você acha? Andrey, Deivid e Angelo estão jogando no Chelsea? Eles colocam para jogar no sub-21 ou emprestam para clubes menores, onde obviamente a evolução do jogador não será igual. Acredito que o mesmo ocorrerá com Estevão.

lol didn’t age well. Five days later and us Chelsea players are just crying, staring at the 3 contenders who are: an Ipswich, Brentford and Leicester manager. Now poch doesn’t seem so bad 😭 still holding out false hope that TT will make a shock return, although Amorim would be lovely too. None of those championship managers tho pls!!!

Sometimes he's - wow. Control and speed, technique, passing, two feet. But playing on clean balls, low resistance in the league, weak physics, a team constantly running forward, minimal defense, individualism. It will take a long time to mold him into a full-fledged football player. It’s difficult to imagine him in the Premier League in 3 years, when he’s 20. Not because other leagues are easier. Probably because of Neymar and other technically gifted players, of whom there have always been fewer in England, it seems. As a last resort, they will resell Willian, make money - ok. But now I would like to see Chelsea actively chasing some Summerville or Williams for the left flank, who would give a noticeable increase in strength no more than in a season, as a complete replacement for Sterling in the future. And the Estevao transfer smells like a business project thousands of kilometers away. I do not like it.

To be honest, I am seeing just a massively overhyped avg player. Not a great vision, not a great dribbling, not a great decision making. I don't know why people are so praising him. Please, correct me if I am wrong.

His fundamentals are excellent and already an ace. Controlling the ball, finishing, the way he carries the ball at high speed so close to his body, very few players do that and you say it's not surprising? I'm even curious, which other under 20 player has such good fundamentals? Not even Lamine Yamal, who is an excellent dribbler, can drive the ball as close to his body as Estevão. His dribbling rate is already high, he is probably the best dribbler in South America and he has been promoted to senior level for a very short time, less than 1 year, so obviously his participation in goals is low, despite already being one of the players Youngest players to score for the Libertadores.

estevao won everything from sub 11, sub 13, sub 16, sub21 being top scorer and assist in most of them... and he is 16 years old, not neymar, nor ronaldinho, nor ronaldo did that... im not saying he is better than them, but he is special... he is playing on professional already and scored and assisted in big matchs...

Because his technical ability is extremely developed for his age, his numbers in all youth categories is like Vini Jr, Endrick and Neymar. As for decision and vision, he will gain with experience on the team, same as Vini Jr an Neymar, people forget Neymar needed one year at Barcelona to really click. Vini Jr took two years.
