हमेशा की तरह अच्छा एक्सपलेनेशन, लेकिन आपणे ,टोटल खर्च बताने के बाद पर स्क्वेअर फिट रेट बताना चाहीये था। और अगर ये काम ठेकेदार को दिया जाये तो उसमे प्रॉफिट कितना परसेन्ट ऍड हो गा ,यह भी बताना चाहीये था । बाकी जनकारी काफी महत्वपूर्ण थी । धन्यवाद🙏 हर्षल सुतार ठाणे , महाराष्ट्र

Hello bro, you have shared the required information in a very simple way. Thank you so much for all your efforts. I have one query, you mentioned about double coat of putty at the start. Is this on the new wall, I mean first time painting after plastering or it is same double coating even if we are repainting wall after 5 years. Thanks.
