Thanks man! I'll give you a non biased opinion since I've rode every 250f. The crf250r is a good bike handles good has okay bottom okay mid an good top. The rmz250 is a pretty mellow powered bike, it does have good handling. I haven't rode the ktm250 but from what I've heard it's kinda mixed reviews some like it some don't. No this bike is completely stock only has a fmf 4.1 slip on. This bike will be my race bike but one thing you could do is have the head port an polished.

Nimble bike easy to throw around has pretty good handling. The yz250f for 2013 is pretty slow bike cause of the carb doesn't handle amazing just overall a meh bike so so. I'd say either Kawasaki or Honda in my opinion
