Very good. However, assigning diaphragm is incorrect. Only elements and joints at floor levels must be selected. These include slabs, beams and joints, but the way you select covers the columns as well. Please double check this point.

Sir please defined your beam, colum self weigth, but you included dead lode is 1kn/m2 but, beam and column dead lode is 8kn/m2 manimum as per your beam and column size

Sir i hav a doubt in partition wall load assignment.. u dont select add to existing load.. you only selected replace existing load but we already asign shell load ie 2 kn/m2 in that case our existing asigned load will be deleted. so which is the correct option while assigning the partition wall load ?? When we already assign shell load.

Thanks for your query , you should know that there are various kinds of shell loads like live load , FF, PWL etc, here we have defined different load patterns so it automatically adds the load to existing load so no need to go option that add existing load.

Sub structure is not model in etabs. It is model in CSI safe

It's because Earthquake and heavy wind force occurring at the same time is very rare. So to make the reinforcement as economic as possible neglect the wind force for buildings which are not that tall.

Wall load = Unit weight of wall X Height of wall (3m - depth of beam) X width of wall (9" or 6", etc) Where unit weight of Brick wall is 19

We don't assign dead load because for dead load we use 1 as multiplier & since we already gave materies properties (eg M20, M25) & also size of components (eg: beam, column, slab ) so the software calculate itself. as we gave both unit weight & volume & Weight=unit weight x volume
