Fluorescent Tube is Old Eterna 4ft T8 36W 3500K White, but is Pinkish in colour Mercury Starved.
Starter is a FG FD-U 4-65W 220V-240V with Condenser, Ballast Eterna MB36/40W 240V 50Hz,
Power Meter after 2 minutes 43.1 watts 0.411 amps 239.3 volts 50 Hz with a 0.44 power factor

I owned the same fluorescent light fixture. I also found it on the street, it’s a very cheaply made fixture. It felt extremely fragile when playing with it. In the end I just scrapped them and use the parts as spares

That's is a 4ft light fluorescent fitting with a 36-40w choke ballast and the starter switch type is a 4-65w 220-240v only and its take two types of fluorescents tubes in that light fitting a 4ft 36w t8 fluorescent and a 4ft 40w t12 fluorescent tube did you know guys
