Several years ago, I stumbled across a video of Mr. Uslan playing his delectable rendition of Fur Elise at one of the Old Time piano contests in 2012. I was utterly mesmerised by this remarkable piece of music, and Mr. Uslan kindly sent me the sheet music via email, and was a most charming and witty correspondent to boot! Since then, it has been an unending joy to play (and still sometimes struggle with) Fur Elise a la Ethan Uslan. I cannot describe my delight just now to see this video of Mr. Uslan performing in my native land. What a pleasure for us to be graced with his exquisite talent and fabulous music. Thank you so much Ethan!

There aren’t enough word’s to describe how Sensational you are. I love everything you play. I agree totally with Miguele’s description of the Master you are -plus. I’m now 82yrs.old and being’s I don’t go many places anymore ,chances of my ever seeing you in person are slim. These video’s are wonderful. ♥️🎼🎶♥️Please don’t stop making them. Absolutely delightful to listen to! Ethan plays with a very unique style and it so refreshing. His interpretations are a real pleasure to the ears, and he plays flawlessly. He is a true professional and an excellent pianist. A true joy to hear him play!

Wow. I thought I mastered maple leaf rag. My all time favorite rag song. Now I’ll never be able to think of it the same again. You took genius to another level.

Amazing talent and creativity as well. Funny how he looks the public in search of hands clapping during his performance, but hey, you're not playing in the USA, we wait 'till the end of the piece, at least.

I love every single second of Ethan's performance. The very first song, Maple Leaf rag, is one of my all time favorite interpretations of this piece. I have tried to incorporate a few riffs into my version and I love it so much! Is there a sheet available? I am still unable to replicate this partial-swing-feel. It is swung, but not all the way swung - how? Anyways, I've bought the Fur Elise sheet and that's next! Thank you Ethan for making such amazing music and sharing it with the word! Cheers!

Beer Barrel Polka is a nice tune though not typically Swiss Folklore; we play it under the title of «Anneliese» at carnival events.
