My mums Amhara and Eritrean Tigrigna. It’s not pronounced tie-grey but TEE-grey. Also about the eating question it usually depends on the person as some people can dance straight after eating whereas others need to wait at least an hour.

No. 4 is totally wrong the Tigrayan dance is mixed with the Amharas dance style although they are neighboring states a lot of cultural heritage they do share but not the dances.

Next to the Oromo dance the dance with a green t-shirt is not tgre dance but it is Amhara dance

Even the lady wearing the white shirt is Gondere.. No such thing as Amhara dance because it's called Eskista. Also the white clothing is Habesha attire traditionally worn by Amara, Tigaru in Ethiopia.
