I can only speak to my experience at Abu Dhabi but sad to hear they are all like that. It really spoils what is otherwise a great flight. I appreciate your comments and thanks for the support.

Yes I was quite taken aback by the stark difference between the two aircraft (other than the obvious size differences). The A380 was just a lot better maintained internally I mean. I would say that the onboard staff were great on all the flights, as were the emails and that does make such a big difference to the whole experience. The new lounge at Abu Dhabi is also a fantastic new space. Thanks for your comment and support.
