ETIHAD Business Class Jakarta [CGK] to Abu Dhabi [AUH] roundtrip review. In this flight review you'll see how Etihad is basically deceiving their customers by selling subpar business class products that are worse than many of Premium Economy out there and charging full price for it. It's a cautionary tale of buyers beware experience, so please watch my video before you decide to book a business class seat in Etihad especially for Jakarta route.

Don't worry! Etihad has stopped using Wamos plane since march or april I think, so your flight should be safe! 👍🏻👍🏻 You can check my other Etihad video and Etihad lounge to get a better overview 😄😄 And just a reminder, please do always wear seatbelt during the whole flight in recent light due to many turbulence occurence recently! I always wish for the safe travel of my viewers 😄 and thanks for watching my video! 😆

I just did Phillipines airlines from Sydney to manila and return. What a scam, a 2-4-2 sale and got 3-3-3. Paid for a Toyota got a cheaper version, 70 extra seats on the plane sold but no discount given. Very shameful, never flying Phillipines airlines.

Etihad did you bad, and on top of that they are very reluctant to compensate passengers even though they clearly lied when they wrote the "Operated by Etihad Airways" note. They knew what they were doing. 7 days free change but no offer of a full refund is a very low move on their part.

I know right! Most of the passengers in my flight were furious as well. The point of booking business on redeye flight is to be able to sleep / get enough rest and this flight just useless in that aspect. 😭😭😭 And also on the latest news Etihad will still use wamos for the Jakarta route for the foreseeable future. 🙄🙄 Thanks for watching the video and the comment! 😄😄

My sister got caught out in January, London Heathrow to Jakarta with the first leg to Abu Dhabi being provided by Etihad as she booked but the second leg was with Wamos, same on the return leg. And Wamos were poor in every way, aircraft condition, crew and food. My sister will not use Etihad again

I know right!! It felt like being badly swindled by Etihad. The seat (and plane) even nowhere to find in Etihad website business class seat type list, it's like they advertised selling gold and gave us stone instead. 🥲 Thanks for watching the video!! 😆

Can you explain please what is Wamos?

Wamos is Spain based charter plane provider. Etihad used / chartered Wamos on several routes because Etihad had late new airplane delivery (new 787 if I'm not mistaken) and they didn't have enough plane to operate. On the latest news they plan to use Wamos on select routes until the end of February 2024 (after extending it several times). Hope this explains! and Thank You for watching! 😆😆
