Cannot believe what you're willing to put up with, this whole thing is just plain nuts. Expensive things are meant to work. Reliably.

Dawn ... freeze it at 3.32 & look at the cell voltages i see 4.187 & 4.213 as high & lowest thats way out of sync. @ 23.58 you have 4.189 & 4.217. Max for each cell should be 4.200 yes it is charging so the high ones will drop very slighty when charging stops but those batteries are well out of whack. You have some cells showing more than 4.200 those cells are over charged. Try riding taking the battery down really low then charge it slow & low less than 4A if you can reset when balancing kicks in on your BMS take that down should be around 4.0 stock try lowering it to 3.7V or 3.8V. Yes it will take far longer to charge but it may help re-balance your entire pack. Stop fast charging (at least really reduce how often you do it) it really screws packs up over time as does taking the pack too low all the time / charging to100% all the time.

50S cells are rated for 6A continuous charging so charging two packs you shouldn't go above 12A (which is already stressing them)

Why not just take the roger charger, set it to 84V and charge each pack individually to equalize them. That seems like less work than removing boards and you could achieve balance.

$4000 for a wheel that does not charge fully?? The juice ain't worth the squeeze. These wheels ain't worth more than $2500... if we keep paying top dollar for low quality, they (EUC Makers) will continue to make half-a$$ products and sell at top dollar

4.2V per cell is fully charged / 3.6V is nominal / 3.2 is really the lowest you should go problem with EUCs is they seam to be set 3.1 - 2.9 & that range is just stupidly low & hurts the cells. People really do not understand how to care for battery packs. You should not charge to 100% all the time / you should not take them below 20% / you should not use them in too hot or too cold a conditions / u should let them cool down after use b4 charging / you should not fast charge them all the time. Displayed 100% to 0% in most battery pack powered PEVs is really 100% to 20% maybe as low as 15% they wont let you access the last bit to help prolong the battery. Its why low battery mode is a thing on some EUCs & is not meant for regular use cos its taking the cells very near there lower limit wich you should not do. % drops off a cliff toward the end its why if you get 20 miles from 100% to 50% most people would think 50% to 0% will give you another 20 miles where it may be only another 10-15 miles. Its why you should ignore displayed % & go by volts for capacity

You probably ran in a puddle and shorted out the system, chinese cheap . Buy dehumidifier and put it in a plastic bag with the dehumidifier asap.
