Hey do you work with influencers? Is there a way to give a influencers a “key word” can’t think of the right term, to input so when working with multiple influencers I know whose followers made the purchase?

Hi, no I do not use influencers. The purpose of keywords is to drive traffic from Etsy to your product. If you are using an influencer to get traffic, there will be no need to add their name as a keyword since the traffic you will be receiving is coming straight from the influencer with the link you provide. If you are thinking about using the influencer marketing method, I would send them to my own website and build an email list from there. You don’t want to pay an influencer for your Etsy traffic and the visitors see other people listing and purchase theirs. I hope this helps.

@@FixedPoint thanks a lot for the response. Yeah that was helpful. I’ve heard of you use influencers along with Etsy it’ll give you two forms of traffic the natural Etsy flow and the influencers. My listings are niche specific and there’s not really a field for it yet, I tried to look in order to see competition beforehand. But even if some of their followers turn to elsewhere that happens. I’ll break off and make a website as well later down the line definitely tho

Hi dear thanks i do use insight factory and it is really helpful. I would like to know how many products you started with your etsy business like with 3 products or 4 products and gradually you increased your range of products? Kindly advise. I just started etsy but am confused with the number of products I should start with Etsy

Thank you for your comment. Yes, I started off like everyone else listing 5-10 products a day, however I have a system that allows me to create products based on data trends and deliver them with buyers intent in mind. So I was able to scale my business quickly with just a few products (right now its at 70 products). I would focus on adopting a system that incorporates proven steps that generate sales as opposed to listing a ton of products. Finding demanding products, intergrating key elements into designs, and using high quality mockups is a great starting place.

@@FixedPoint thanks for answering. Most of people say start your shop with one product type like tshirts . Can i start with 3to 4 products types in same store like shirt, home and living together in one store? Also can i go for multiple niche or cross niching as i am starting off the store to do experiment. Will it effect on Etsy algorithm? Please guide.

@@suchetamukherjee5548 I would start off by learning from one product type before creating designs for different products. The main reason for this is that you want to become a student of the product type so that you know exactly what the customer is looking for, and you can build hundreds of products with that knowledge. Having a single-product store also makes it easier for shoppers to find other listings that they may be interested in purchasing more items from your shop. I don't think having more than one product type hurts you with the Etsy algorithm, but I do know that building your focus on one product category and learning to expand that space with hundreds of niches will work best for you, in my opinion. I hope this helps.

All research tools provide data, and I use several of them in my shop. But Insight Factory gives me immediate sales data for the last seven days, which is helpful.

Also, how do you cut down the research, design and listing uploading process? I made 8 different designs, doing all the research to make my own designs ad create mockups and it pretty much took me the whole day 🥲

Thanks for your comment. When doing research for products, I follow bestselling shops that have been around for no longer than 3 years and filter out their products for their top listings. I do this with 10 shops. Once I take out all their bad listings, I am just left with hundreds of the best listings for each top shop. Insight Factory is good for this. I can show you in another video. From there, I batch-create items in the same niche so I can have all the keywords in front of me. So if I am doing a mom dog niche, I am using a group of keywords from Insight Factory that fits with my designs. Mockups are pretty straightforward as when you create your mockup templates in Canva, you will just drag and drop the image in. When listing, sites like MyDesign and Alex Uploader are great for POD listings. My Designs can also handle digital products, which I am getting into as well. Finding a system that works for you is the key!
