Hub டிரைவ் மோட்டார் வீல்கள் அனைத்தும் டியூப்லெஸ் டயர்கள் மட்டுமே வருகின்றது.அதனால் டயர்கள் மாற்றுவதற்கு மட்டுமே மோட்டாரோடு சேர்த்து கழட்ட வேண்டும்.அதுவும் இரண்டு மூன்று வருடங்களுக்கு ஒருமுறை மட்டுமே.மற்றபடி அப்படியே பஞ்சர் போட்டுக்கொண்டு ஓட்ட முடியும்.கலட்ட வேண்டிய அவசியம் இல்லை.

In my opinion hub drive motor is very friendly, less maintenance, less powerful, if you need more powerful, high speed motor then mid drive motor required. I would suggest instead of belt, chain drive.

Bro , best Bajaj CHETAK la hub and belt 2me illa , dry gear ⚙️ box kuduthu irukanga , normal petrol scooter madhriye tyre puncher wheel remove pannalam . AND 2014 la consept start panni 2019 la customer ku kuduthanha...so indha vandi normal petrol scooter design la iruku.. left la gear box, right la silencer illama fre space iruku single bolt la wheel remove pannalam.

Bought Ola S1 3 months back. I think if you want top speed and performance only option is Mid drive. Also the drivetrain in OLA s1 is fully sealed not like in ATHER where it's exposed leading to more maintanence than OLA s1.

i have done a lot of research and as per my conclusion being a mechanical engineer is hub drive is good to go, don't worry it would fail or the wheel would bend. No such incident would occur. How many of us have changed the rear wheel. I mean the rear wheel not the front one which could get damaged due to accident leave it. the chances of rear getting damaged is rare. Shock absorber will absorb the the vibration and hence don't worry.

Bought a TVS iQube two days back. Power delivery is linear and it is good to drive just like an Activa and recommend for elder users too. One small issue i notice is that the vehicle jumps even in small undulations, the jerks are felt in handlebars too and pillion rider feels the same. I am unsure if this is because the suspensions need time to bed in. But overall good for slow drivers and daily commute. The scooter is almost noiseless and super silent compared to the Ather.
