For Performance, Duke cant be beaten but now they also provide amazing features. But apache is good and value for money is also good. If your need is outright performance, than go for duke. Others go for apache.

At the Point of New KTM 390 & RTR 310 is Very Good in Design, Performance, Seating Comfort and Practicality at this Price range but After the Sales of this Motorcycles The KTM had only one Variant so So parts availability and Service is good & KTM Technicians have Knowledge about that Electronics to solve the problems in the KTM Motorcycles but on tha other hand TVS Technicians have Knowledge only on Mechanical parts Replacement,but they lacks Knowledge on that any Problems arrived at the Electronics level they didn't know,so TVS Motorcycles should give Training for Technicians to Solve a Problems that arrives at Electronic Level and Another thing is the RTR 310 & RR 310 will be available only at Particular Showrooms and that Services also. Conclusion is if you want to Buy a Fully Electronics Loaded RTR 310 & RR 310, Just think about you have Good Official TVS Service nearby yours, Thank you
