EU students in the UK: if you hold (pre)settled status, you can study in the UK without a student visa. You can use the online ‘View & Prove’ service to access your account and generate a share code to prove your status to your university. Having (pre)settled status means you can also apply for home student fees.
EU students who are not covered by the EU Settlement Scheme need a student visa to study in the UK. They will also have to pay international fees.
