Wrong. Most pork Chinese import is the parts that no Europeans eat, like pig toe, pig nose, pig intestine...etc .There is literally not another market for those parts, and the suppliers have to eat those tarriff themselves.

VW group which owns Porsche, Bently, Lamborghini, Bugatti, Audi, Skoda and others make 55% of their profit from the Chinese market, remember every 3rd new car sold on the planet is in China. The Chinese cars in 2024 of which there are 300 plus car brands make amazing cars, my personal daily driver which I have had for 5years now has had 0 problems and still solid yet my Mercedes E53 AMG that I purchased 1 months earlier in the past 5years has been back for repairs 7 times already even though my Chinese MG HS has done 163,000kms and my Mercedes only has 26,000kms.

Why doesn't the CPC just tax luxury goods from Europe? China doesn't "need" those products, and you can cripple Europe's industry that way. I fear the CPC has turned capitalist.
@pbworld785816 күн бұрын
I hate those products like LV, Gucci, etc - overpriced stuff designed to boost people's ego. Self-confident people don't need that junk - the producers are laughing all the way to the bank.
@stefanweilhartner441516 күн бұрын
that might not change much. nobody needs these product. buying that stuff is not driven by needing them but by wanting them. that is a complete different motive. it might even drive up the value of that stuff, not only the price. buying that is a statement.

Anyone that can afford those items can afford to shop overseas. So you're only hurting yourself by doing that..... Im america and buy high end products not sold in the USA. Everyone does it... .

Cause the ones making the LAWS in China are the ones buying all that expensive sh.t! Duh. Wake tf up to the real world. The only ones suffering would be them and their life style! And they would NEVER EVER do such a thing to themselves. There's your communism! P. S. It wouldn't criple the EU economy at all, lol. As none of it is an essential good. 😂 Meaning NOTHING in the life of the average European depends on such goods.

The future of Chinese 🇨🇳 electric cars in Europe is uncertain due to *overcapacity,* a kind word for dumping. Most Chinese cars "exported" to Europe are still *parking at European ports without a buyer,* turning the ports into huge long-term parking lots, a similar scene to the Bike Share program in China.

It's the EU consumer that will get the hardest hit. So will the environment due to EU people turning to competitive ICE vehicles.

Chinese 🇨🇳 electric cars are *heavily subsidized* by many levels of Chinese government. Some people bought them, threw them away without driving, and still made profits. - That's why there are millions of new cars abandoned by owners across the country. And this is not an exaggeration.

@@DineshTwanabasu there are trading agreements that both player signed. these have been violated. it does not matter who came up with that rules. if you signed these contracts, you have to stick to it. europe sticked to those rules.
