In today's Europa Universalis IV (EU4) video we will be moving ALL monuments in the WORLD into Constantinople and allowing Byzantium to use EVERY SINGLE ONE of them, with massive buffs to tons of stats like advisor costs, technology, military bonuses, and many more.

I mean, some countries work like that these days, first you get rich and after that you "pay" a party to become a senator or congressman or run for president. The benefits of being a retired or current president in a free country like france, germany or usa is really something to pay for.

Not sure if you can have multiple of the same monuments in one game but it would be interesting to see various minor nations around the world all have “every” monument.

Leave monuments in place. Take away culture/religion requirements. If you can, remove the monument level loss on conquest. Make all monuments level 3 and let'er rip.
