Paradox Addicts 珍珠(zhenzhu) only means pearl. 之珠(zhizhu) means "the pearl of" (the wording is in reverse) Are you chinese, learning as a third language, or a banana?

Do a custom nation based on the theory that a lost legion of roman soldiers settled in northwestern China during the han dynasty after a lost battle agains the parthians. So a Sino-Roman empire/republic in northwestern China with roman ideas with a Chinese twist

Banjo Red It's not a common / traditional name you see. Courage is quite common, but battle is very rare. In fact, I don't think I know a Chinese with that in their name. lol. But it's an interesting name for sure.

Banjo Red it’s a straightforward name and it’s not strange(like you can use this name in China and no one will think u r a foreigner before they see u), so I’d say it’s a good one.

Thank you guys, it’s based on the meaning of my English surname, which means valor or courage in war, so that’s why it’s war courage lol, the reason we chose this is because transliterating my English name was really long, 6 characters 😂 and it was a mouthful to pronounce.

This idea should be made into a mod in the style of Back to Motherland mod. It's very interesting to consider what cultural differences this Sino-African Empire would have compared to mainstream Chinese culture, more adventurous and less conservative? While ancient China is considered a traditional land power, Chinese Southerns are actually good at maritime expedition, with some of them combating Japanese pirates and fused into Malaysian and Indonesian societies. It would be interesting to dig into the history and actually make choices yourself. I hate playing Ming in EU4 because it's too overpowered, but a lost Chinese fleet's struggle for survival and later repelling colonists? That would be interesting.

with ajuraan i've did the same things you've done with the pearl of east africa besides i declared war on ming for hegemony over malayasa, after a decade or more long war i've managed to get a deicisive victory on them chinese with my black bois, only amounting 800K+ casualties while their stupid commanders and generals keep insisting on landing on the main land of africa which had 160K just camping there waiting for every 80K stack to come for me to whipe it from the face of the earth, they amounted 1.6M+ casualties

It is, but as I stated in the intro, I'm playing with Common Universalis, a mod, which like a mod does, changes some stuff. You can look it up on the Steam Workshop if you still don't believe me.
