EUFY Dual 2k Battery Powered Video Doorbell. No sync after battery dies!!!???!!!??? HELP!!! This is my second doorbell that has done this. Battery goes to ZERO! Not 5%, not 1%. Battery dies, camera shuts down in app. Charge batter for 12 hours, it will not sync! You can hold that Sync button on back for 10 seconds, 10 hours, 10 minutes, it will never beep... Someone, somehow, please help. This is not my only Eufy camera. I have a total of 7 different Eufy cameras on my home. I have reset the app, updated the app, force closed the app. It's not the app. The doorbell will not make a BEEP! THIS ALREADY happened to the first one I bought, and Eufy sent me a brand new one. 3 to 4 months later, Same Issue!!! I must be doing something wrong. It can not be the unit, it has to be me!! I have two of the single camera doorbells (T8210) no issue with those. I reconnected one of them 3 days ago, it was sitting outside DEAD, for 3 weeks. Charged it up, and it automatically connected. But for some reason, the dual video 2k door bell will not!!! ( if you are reading this you will notice I like to use exclamation points)

Yeah this sucks lol. Took off my dual battery powered doorbell to charge, once I put it back on it disconnected from my Wi-Fi. Wouldn’t reconnect so I thought why not delete the device and re-add so it would connect? Nope. Now it won’t even re-add. Never had problems till now smh

Yes finding the beep happens but not the connect. I agree it a upsetting situation

Yes had mine wired but sync won’t work. No beep!

Yo i need help my doorbell camera cannot sync or connect to my chime after changing my internet provider did all reset on both but still wont connect

Are you using the 5g or 4g wifi?? These cameras only 2.4GHZ. They will connect to the 4 or 5G, but they will drop signal, be spotty, not work at all. Who is your home internet provider?? If it's Verizon, you can login to your Verizon App, and enable the 2.4ghz Wifi signal

The only way I could ge tmy camera to reconnect to the app is by resetting the homebase and the camera, then they'll both connect. Which is ridiculous because that's means you'll loose all your videos and info everytime.

My battery stopped charging at 15months. Called 1:18 support and they don't replace batteries. And I have not been able to find any. Total crap.

They sent me a third one. No issues. They sent a replacement one, they asked me to send back the broken one. They paid for shipping. Also gave me a 30% discount on my next order. You can always do the Not Nice thing, buy a new one, and return it with the old broken one. Again, I don't recommend that. And I don't agree with that. But you can do what ever makes you happy in life. If you have had your for less then two years and will not charge, then screw them! Buy a new one from Euft and ship them back the broken one.

This happened to me but with my S330 Camera and not it won’t sync. Now it’s out of warranty so I can get a replacement.

Had the same issue, plugged it to the Homebase and after about 10 minutes it powered up.

Thank you. I let the battery drain, then put it on top of the base while charging. I tried to plug it into the base, left it overnight still did not connect. I ended up letting the battery drain charging it again and I did a full factory reset twice and it finally connected and recognized it.@eufy. This would have been my third door bell returned.

@@slvs91 call them, they actually have good customer service. They sent me a third replacement, no issues. They paid the shipping to shop back the old one. I believe customer service said it's a firmware or software issue.
