Less than four years old.Grinding 18g espresso twice per day.

My coffee is about as clumpy as yours in this video. I was expecting a lot of fluffy grounds as depicted in review videos, is there an explanation as to why that might be the case? I have also cleaned out the burrs and chute.

Have you cleaned out the shoot? Have you cleaned your burrs properly?

Hi, @sdm107 I actually replaced the burrs and thought that I had fully cleaned out the chute. As it turns out the chute was partially blocked and once I cleared the obstruction things worked perfectly again.
