🌍🇨🇿 Karbanátky, or Czech meat patties, are flavorful and comforting, making them a staple in Czech cuisine. Join us as we reveal the secrets to making these delicious patties at home. 🍖✨
Ingredients:
• 250g ground beef
• 130g ground pork
• 1 onion, finely chopped
• 2-3 garlic cloves, minced
• 1 egg
• 60g breadcrumbs
• 1 teaspoon ground marjoram
• 1 teaspoon mustard
• Salt and pepper to taste
• Vegetable oil (for frying)
• Optional: fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
STEPS:
1. Prepare the Meat Mixture: In a large bowl, combine the ground beef and ground pork.
2. Add Flavors: Add the finely chopped onion, minced garlic, egg, breadcrumbs, ground marjoram, mustard, salt, and pepper. Mix everything thoroughly until well combined.
3. Shape the Patties: Take portions of the meat mixture and shape them into round patties, about the size of your palm.

7. Garnish and Serve: Optionally, garnish with chopped fresh parsley. Serve the Karbanátky hot, with sides like mashed potatoes, sauerkraut, or a simple salad.
