Day 9: Two-day Portugal Tour ends and today we took a bus to Seville, Spain. It took us about 7-8hrs because the bus stopped to pick up and drop off passengers in different towns along the way. Otherwise, in a personal vehicle it would have taken 4-5hrs.
Once we reached Seville, we took a train to go to Puerto Real! It's a nice, small cozy town...which you guys will see in my next video.

Thanks for the cool video. I am planning my trip from Lisbon. Couple of quick questions. 1- What was the border crossing to Spain like? How long did it take and what documents do you normally need? 2- Do all the buses have the same route to Svilla? Like Flixbus, Rede etc? 3- What is the name of the station where you took the bus from and was it direct or did you change buses in between?

Thank you, I’m glad you found this video helpful. To answer your questions, there was nothing in the border crossing honestly, the bus just kept driving lol and all of a sudden I saw it said welcome to Spain on a bridge sign. So, no check or anything like stops. But obviously make sure you have your passports and other IDs with you. I thjnk most buses would take the same route because the highways was big and looked like a major one connecting Portugal to Spain. We got on the bus from Lisbon Oriente station and it was a direct bus for us from Lisbon to Seville. But there were a few stops for other passengers but no bus change for us. Keep an eye on your baggage that you would put in the bottom cargo of the bus when you stop for food or anything else. Also, use Uber to move around Lisbon, Uber is soooooo cheap there compared to let’s say Italy and US! Good luck and have safe travels 😊

Have you ever travelled by Flixbus? I am going from Lisbon to Seville, and you can either go by Alsa or Flixbus, but I'm not sure which one to choose. That's how I found your video. I'm trying to find people's experiences and discover which one is better.

I haven’t ridden flixbus but my uncle who lives in Spain, did many times and he loves it. Alsa was very good honestly and they had a bathroom in the bus and it stops few times for rest and food.

Thanks for the video. If you don't mind what was the price you paid for each ticket and where is the Alsa bus station located in Lisbon?

Hi Alex, I’m glad you enjoyed the video. So we booked the bus ticket from www.flixbus.com and it was €30/ticket I believe. Station location : maps.app.goo.gl/CmYj51nXeim7TE7Q7?g_st=ic Lisbon Oriente Bus Station. Also pls download the Omio app, it gives you more information.
