I was watching the semi finals of this years Eurovision with his commentary & parts of the grand final, as my mom, who was watching with us, turned over to Graham Norton's commentary (though I had the whole of Marty's commentary recorded of the Grand final.)

Paradoxically, the songs of the top 5 non-qualifier 2022 are included in my top 10 of Eurovision 2022: Albania - 1st place, Austria - 4th, Montenegro - 6th, Cyprus - 8th, Ireland - 9th

I originally thought Albania would qualify, but when listening to Ronela's vocals, I realized why it didn't qualify.

As an ESC fan from Albania knowing Ronela, I know that she can sing live and we have seen this at her national final performance 2022. When she returns to ESC we will see her brilliance 🥰

Australia 2021 and Cyprus 2022 are the most heartbreaking non-qualifiers for me in recent ESC history. I love them so much :(

We have almost the same in 2022. For me it's Denmark instead of Montenegro tho😍 My favourite of the year did qualify so I'm happy for that! Cornelia is literally the best😍😍 I'm gonna see her my second time on friday😍💚🦦 She is just fantastic🦦🦦

This year I have Isreal on 3rd place, Latvia on 5th, Albania on 9th, Montenegro on 21th, Croatia on 23th. This year non-qualified songs were a lot better than last year in my opinion.

So many beautiful songs which should have qualified: Na inat, Vola, Quero ser tua, hear them calling, learn how to fly, …Ljubav je, Blackbird, keep the faith, crazy, Az en apam, Tick tock, … just to name a few. 😅

Belarus 2015-16 songs deserved final. My top 5 NQs: 1. Belarus 2015 2. Greece 2018 3. Finland 2019(why not?) 4. Portugal 2014 5. Belarus 2016

Belgium 2018 was my winner that year and Latvia and Finland 2017 were my runner ups

Thanks for putting Austria on number one in 2022, but let's be real, the vocals were really bad, the staging was kinda goofy, including his constant shout outs, maybe do it once, but not before the song starts and after every vocal break. Also her pronunciation, I really didn't get, what she was singing, but that applies to many songs, especially non qualifiers. No. For me, it's a big giant no. But it could have worked with a better and more experienced singer, preferably one who's slightly older than Lumix, plus with proper staging and maybe 2 dancers up on stage.

even though imo 2022 is the weakest year since 2017, somehow, it managed to remove like half of my top 10 songs 💀 Like it was already a weak year, but the final was SOO boring.

My top 5 2016-2022 focusing on live performances (2016 is when I started following ESC so I won't rank previous years) 2016: 1st Belarus, 2nd Montenegro, 3rd Iceland, 4th Bosnia and Herzegovina, 5th San Marino 2017: 1st Finland, 2nd Lithuania, 3rd Latvia, 4th North Macedonia, 5th Albania 2018: 1st Switzerland, 2nd Belgium, 3rd Latvia, 4th Croatia, 5th Armenia 2019: 1st Portugal, 2nd Hungary, 3rd Romania, 4th Latvia, 5th Poland 2021: 1st Australia, 2nd Denmark, 3rd Croatia, 4th Czech Republic, 5th Slovenia 2022: 1st Slovenia, 2nd Latvia, 3rd Ireland, 4th Georgia, 5th Denmark

San Marino over Slovenia in 2012? Israel and Serbia are missing for 2013. Unbroken, yes 😍 I'd replace Denmark with Malta. Apollo 😍 The reason I clicked on the video. My top 3 NQs of 2018: Latvia, Malta and North Macedonia. Where's Armenia 2019? Amazing top 2 in 2021. My top 5 NQs this year are almost the same, just Malta instead of Montenegro, and they're all in my top 10.

Yes, there should have been Slovenia 2012 instead of San Marino, Israel and Serbia for 2013 and probably even Montenegro, but that's just my opinion. And yes, Armenia 2019, Malta 2015,,North Macedonia 2018 is kinda catchy but just fell victim to a very strong semi. And they threw ghe kitchen sink in a staging that ultimately didn't work. Latvia 2018 would have qualified with the old system, yes, I prefer Denmark over Montenegro this year, but both songs actually weren't that great.

The only differences in 2021 and 2022 with me are that i would have switch Czechia with Estonia in 2021 and Albania with Slovenia in 2022(not sure about Cyprus but might have switched it with Croatia, in terms of top 5 not qualification because they werent in the same semi's)

Would’ve taken Ireland this year over some qualifiers but damn is it overrated. I predicted, Israel, Ireland and North Macedonia over Belgium , Finland and Azerbaijan. All three of my predictions deserved it. Austria...yea probs a bit too messy for juries to vote. Albania was a shit show and Montenegro...meh. NM, Israel and Georgia are in my top 10 🤘
