I love this Song a Long scene so much. It encapsulates everything about Eurovision. The true diversity of culture, music styles, and people and just the absolute joy and fun of music!

I love that they actually included so many real contestants (and winners) of Eurovision. The only people I personally missed were Michael Schulte (Germany) and Duncan Laurence (Winner of 2019 from the netherlands)

This just makes me happy. I've been a Eurovision fan since the early '80s, so when I heard that an American - Will Ferrell of all people - would make a movie about ESC, I was certain that I was going to hate it, and feared that It would even damage my enjoyment of the competition. But somehow they made it work. Ja ja ding dong, the songalong, Húsavík. It just works. It's still a bit too slapstick for my taste. But so many scenes are just memorable and make me happy. Thank you!

I had no idea that Xenomania wrote this for Cher. Because of them Cher now holds the record for being the only Female Singer to have Hits in all of the decades since she started out in the 1960's. They also worked with Girls Aloud where they averaged 21 Top Tens, Four Number Ones & Six Platinum Albums. I had no idea how much of an impact Eurovision had on Pop Music in Europe. I first heard about it when I read a Book about Olivia Newton-John in the 1970's courtesy of Scholastic Book Services.
