The Eurovision Song Contest is celebrating it's 60th birthday this year. The BBC hosted a celebration show to honour the 60th anniversary of the Eurovision Song Contest. Herreys performed Diggi-Loo Diggi-Ley

As an American, I was there in Sweden at the time. Every television in Sweden, I believe, was tuned in! It was such an exciting night! The brothers still have it! Congrats!

I am surprised how well they translated the song into English. Usually when a song is translated it's "meh, but ok" but here they really did it well. It is as good in English as in Swedish.

I loved this song in that Eurovision Contest. I was 9. I whised them to win just to hear the song again and to watch the performance.... I'm frim Spain; that year, our song ("Lady, lady"... A realliy good sing, actually) finished in the second or third place. Many, many years later, a friend of mine from Sweeden was able to tell me the title when I sang it for her... A lot of years and I still could remember the melody. I'm so happy to hear it again!!

Yes, that's probably because Richard has remained in show biz all these years, being in musicals and such, while Per has been a lawyer, not performing as much, I guess.
